this would be a Vampiric MOD--- it isnt an actuall inscription i dont believe... anyway.. these mods only go on the weapon they are designed to go on... i have a 5:1 vampiric bowstring... but on a sword.. max is a 3:1... anyway.. hope this helps you get what you want

There are probably inscriptions for -1 energy and life degen since they are also on some items in factions. But I dont know if they exist in NF.

if they exist, why can't you unlock them for pvp equipment? seems fishy to me
